Jo qualified as a Solicitor in 1994. Between 1997 and 2000 she spent 3 years as a legal adviser in the Solomon Islands before returning to London where she has worked for UK government departments (Communities and the Department for International Development). She is a highly experienced immigration law practitioner and a specialist in asylum cases.
